Text Box: RESTORING BALANCE AROMATIC HERBAL PRODUCTS PILATES albuquerque will be carrying a new line of body rubs and spritzers that have been derived to complement the work that we are promoting in the studio. It is a product that can enhance the mind/body connection through essential oils that have been specially blended for individual constitutions. Our spirit is the essence of our being. Essential oils work on the spirit level. The soul is a “spark” of the spirit, which is where consciousness resides. The soul contains the emotional nature of human beings, which when blocked, can inhibit the free flow of energy throughout the body. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the five elements (Earth, Metal, Water, Wood and Fire) are the essence of nature. We each have all of the elements within us and each element contains a spiritual component and an emotional component. Certain medicinal plants in nature provide volatile oils which address each element through the use of aromatherapy. All essential oils have a deep balancing effect on our emotional, physical and spiritual bodies. Blending of oils which correspond to each element is a unique and powerful way to stimulate balance and reap therapeutic benefits. The RESTORING BALANCE products have been carefully blended because of their varied abilities to address specific imbalances of each element. These body rubs and spritzers contain essential oils which can be used to lift your spirit and help bring you into emotional harmony depending on which element is out of balance. They are hand made locally by one of our own clients, Teresa Crosier, Doctor of Oriental Medicine. The products contain all natural ingredients, tested to be free of toxic chemicals. We have placed an information brochure which accompanies the products to give a detailed description of each element in harmony and out of balance. NOTES FROM INSIDE THE STUDIO Blythe is back teaching SMALL APPARATUS on Wednesday evenings, 5:45-to 6:45. She will be teaching a quick paced class that will challenge the core through the use of all the SMALL APPARATUS pieces. The class will teach how to use the ball, roller, ring, bands and more to enhance the connection of the mind and body coming together for deep core work. We will be offering the class a discounted rate to entice our clients to this great workout. Class begins Wednesday August 1 at 5:45 and will run through August 29. FEE– 5-classes $62.50 NOTES FROM THE FRONT DESK Please note the importance of letting the front desk know when you will not be attending classes. We do adhere to a 48-hour cancellation on all private, duo and trio lessons. Often times we have others that would like to attend in the absence of others and we need time to make the proper contacts.
